Winter Season Programming
The Seven Hills winter season is focused on individual and team skills development. We primarily practice with a few intra-program scrimmages that take place during the teams weekly practice slot. This program is meant for players who want to develop and will come focused to each practice, ready to get better, bond as a team, and strengthen the Seattle ultimate community.
Players who participate in the winter season are committed to the core values of the Seven Hills program. Community. Opportunity. Growth.
When: December through March.
Sundays, 2hr practice, times TBD.
Players may only miss 2 practices maximum throughout the season.
We do not practice MLK or Pres. Day weekends. Optional gatherings may occur.
Where: Genesee, Franklin, Garfield, Brighton. Fields in South Seattle.
Cost: ~$450. (currently an estimate price based on last winter)
Financial assistance is available. No application needed.

Who: Ultimate players currently in grade 6 through 12.
Teams: Roughly 22-24 spaces per team
High School teams:
3 teams per division (Open & Gx):
Red: typically Jrs. and Srs.
Blue: typically Jrs. and So. Some Fr.
Purple: typically So. and Fr. Some Jrs.
Middle School teams:
2 teams per division (Open & Gx):
Yellow: 7th and 8th Graders
Green: 6th and 7th Graders

The winter season concludes with a local tournament which invites programs from all over the pacific northwest. We hope to have teams attend from BC, Washington, Oregon, California, and possibly beyond!
